In Aurora, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Illinois vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 4 days a week. Typical hours are 9:30 amβ3:30 pm. It is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (331) 385-6070. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Its Google rating stands at 2.7 out of 5 from 106 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Aurora is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Aurora follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I stopped into Fineline to get a new rear access cover after being rear ended. They were super friendly and quick to get the part in and installed! I appreciate making this process so much easy. My vehicle looks great!

Fine Line Collision did an excellent job with my 2024 RAV4. I brought it in after a large dolly had fallen on my rear passenger side door off of my garage wall resulting in an unattractive scratch and dent. Fine Line got my car looking like itβs brand new again quickly and efficiently. Their service and attention to detail is top notch.

Top tier quality work done by mechanics with bottom tier customer service. As many report, the only reason we βchoseβ Fineline was because we were forced to by our insurance company. We had already got estimates from others, who said the repair should take about a week to finishβsame with Fineline. Yet, they finished the job after 5 weeks of telling us itβll be done the following Friday. Fortunately, Isabel was very friendly and did eventually begin to regularly stay in contact with us after we kept calling. However, either she was given wrong information or was being deceptive, because it took 5 weeks for them to finish the job. As a result, we had to shell out $1000+ in rental car fees. With the car back in our hands, they fixed the hood, roof, and windshield to make it look mostly new. Unfortunately, there are a good handful of new surface scratches. Tough to recommend based on the lack of urgency. As others said, they almost certainly wouldnβt still have business if they didnβt have this monopolistic MOU with our and other insurances.

On Jan.30 i got into a small accident and my insurance took it here. horrible experience the front desk lady Yolanda has bad guest service, ignores calls when βannoyedβ and has no idea of whatβs going on. The work they do is just as bad, took way too long and now they avoid my calls to fix what they βforgotβ or could not get around to. It took 5/6 months to finally get my car back and every-time i would call they were doing βinspectionsβ so i thought the car was going to get back to me in good condition. boy was i wrong because i found broken stuff that wasnβt done by the accident , such as the broken mirror (how does that happen) , broken cup holder (again, how does that even happen?) and broken latch for the hood. on top of all that, huge safety concerns were left untreated as well, such as the broken seatbelts and they left my car outside to rust so i had to replace brakes and the paint on my car . iβm telling you , this place is a waste of space. please reconsider bringing your car here if able to and refuse their service . if i could i would give this place 0 stars ..
